Last night

Last night was so much fun because we went bowling. We had to dress up in 70's attire and though I stunk at bowling with the first two frames my game finally improved. I'm sorry that I don't have that many pictures of last night. After that a few of us went to Huddle House and hung out there for about a half-hour. I rode with Russell and Brady on the way to and from Huddle House. We met more people from SWU there so we talked for a while then we all were pretty tired so Russell, Brady and I piled into Brady's car and we left and headed back to school. I am so grateful that I am not a freshman anymore because I would have to answer to a curfew.

Friends

I just realized how important my friends here at SWU are to me. All last year and parts of this year I was always stressed out and they did what they could to help me through. My friends that helped me the most were Tim B. , David M. , Jason T. , Travis S. , Dustin H. , Ryan S. , Jimi M. , Tom B. , Sarah T. , Erin W. , Rebecca R. , Aaron T. , Sarah Jo B, , Jeremy P. , Brady, Kristyn D. , Lauren H. , Reggie S. , Luke S. , Todd V. , and several others. I love you all so much and I don't know what I would do if I did not have you guys in my life. From my friends here at SWU I have developed several of their traits that have taught me to try to relax and enjoy the years I have here at SWU.

Hurricane Katrina

I have just been accepted to go on the mission trip, but I need people who are willing to pray for me while I am in Alabama. We will be there from 9/30 till 10/6. We will going to Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Our duties will consist of uploading and distributing relief, clearing and cleaning up after the storm, and doing some light construction work. For those who read this I am asking for prayers while I am down there over fall break.

Hurricane Relief

I know everybody has heard about Hurricane Katrina, but I am asking for a prayer request because I am applying to go down there with my school on a missions trip. Anyone who reads this continue to for the hurricane victims because they need all of prayer and support we can give them.

If any of the SWU warrior men's soccer team are reading this blog I just wanted to tell you all that in my personal opinion you all are the best team this season. I just wanted to tell you all that because I actually feel safe balling for you because I know that if anybody from the opposing team messes with me you guys will not tolerate it. Just like if anybody tries to treat you guys unfairly and if they are playing in the game I will make sure they do not forget their lesson that I would teach them. Since I have been balling for you guys, you all have become a lot like big brothers to me. Always keep your head up and play with all you got.

Excited

I just found out that a friend of mine is coming to SWU this weekend and it has me so excited because I have not seen her since last year. Overall this week has been a little rough, but thanks to God that he has given me the strength to overcome all of the obstacles that has been put in my path.

Tried and Unsuccessful

I just received the results of my audition today and they turned out to be rather depressing. I know that God has a plan for me, but I just wish he would go ahead and reveal it to me so that way I won't have to be put through rejection. I know I sound kinda harsh right now and if I offend anyone on this post I am truly sorry. Whenever I am upset, I always turn to writing and vent my frustrations. I am asking for people who read this to please pray for me right now, while all of this is going on. I still plan on talking to the worship leader and ask why I did not make cuts and what I need to do to improve. I'll try to post later once I calm down some.

The Perfect Guy

My idea of the perfect guy would be:

17. A college degree would be nice

19. Ability to work through problems
20. Somewhat of similar interests with me
